We are committed to make your shopping experience as fuss-free and enjoyable as much as possible! Making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agree to hairsignaturesalon to the following terms and conditions :
You need to intimidate us about your exchange request within 72 hours or 3 days of receiving your order. Kindly email the details at email to request exchange. Do not forget to mention your name, address, contact, order number, email ID on the parcel.
If you wish to buy another product, store credit will be issued to redeem against the item requested for exchange. Once we receive the order back, we’ll send you store credit in the form of a coupon code of the same value as your order minus COD or shipping charges, if any. You can make your purchase using the coupon code within 3 months of your purchase.
We do not have a return pickup facility, so you have to self ship the products back to us. We recommend returning items through traceable mail, as any returned items that is not received by us, will be treated as NOT RETURNED.
Please note that exchange is allowed once per order only.
We follow strict quality check norms and take utmost care to dispatch correct orders every time but human errors are sometimes inevitable. In an unlikely event of damaged, defective or different/wrong item delivered to you, please write to us at email within 48 hours of receiving your order, we will provide a replacement as applicable or 100% refund will be given in case the ordered product is not available with us.
If the request is made in the stipulated time we are happy to facilitate an exchange once we receive the return courier and the QC is done. We will not accept any exchange request after 3 days or 72 hours from the date of delivery.
Cancellation Policy
An order can only be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order is processed after 24 hours, no cancellation request will be entertained.

Return Policy
At hairsignaturesalon (Sansar ventures), you can return the products eligible for return within 3 days of receiving them, by writing to us. Please refer to the applicable terms for returns from within India .
The eligible products will be easily visible on our product page under Availability / Shipping Information.
All items cannot be returned, therefore, please check the eligibility for returns before making the purchase.
Items to be returned must not be used, damaged in any way. Return items will only be accepted with their original packaging. Any item that has been damaged, soiled, or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted for the following items:
In the unlikely event that you receive merchandise that is damaged, or different from the one(s) ordered, please email us a photo of the product with Order Details within 23 hours of receiving the order. We will replace the product or reimburse the full invoice value as per your request.
If you are dissatisfied with the product delivered, please mail us within 7 days from the date of receiving the product.
For Indian Orders
hairsignaturesalon (Sansar ventures) will arrange a reverse pick-up from your given address (For certain locations, reverse pick-up might not be available).
Once the returns are received by us and have cleared necessary quality checks, you can either choose to receive store credit or get a refund on your original credit or debit card used for the payment. A deductible re-stocking fee of Rs.100/- per item, will be applicable for all the returns.
